Holding a B.Com. (Hons.) and an LL.B. degree, he is the founding partner of erstwhile M/s S.C. Vasudeva & Co. and M/s SCV & Co. LLP, leading chartered accountancy firms.

With over five decades of rich experience, Shri Vasudeva specializes in accounting, tax advisory, corporate consultancy, and the audit and taxation of large corporates. He also serves on the boards of public and private companies in a professional capacity. Shri Vasudeva contributes a weekly column titled ‘Tax Advice’ in The Tribune.
